Thanks PP Allan shared his India experience for us last Wednesday, we had a wonderful night in Yu Ting's store. Now I know we are the lucky one.... Ha.. ha..

Our assignment should be completed in our 4th meeting.I choose a store near the Cheng Kung University in Tainan, but we haven't decided the meeting date. Please reply the information as below to help us to reach the consensus.

Conclusions

1.      PP Allen gave us some reminders (details are as the handouts he gave us and more elaboration  are as below):

(1)   Team members should be thoughtful, considerable and cover one another After communication, members should obey Delphine’s decision.

(2)   We represent Taiwan: we should understand  Taiwan and be proud of it. Never criticize the politics or the presidents  or (something like that) you don’t like in front of foreigners.

(3)   Prepare some gifts designed with Taiwanese flag.

(4)   Search information about Rotary Club (esp. D9690 and D3470) to understand better.

2.      Delphine will go abroad in November, so she can only join our team meeting once and it will be at 4PM on 14/11/2010 in 毛鏗 Café. We have to finish PPT (4 aspects) before this meeting.

3.      In order to have efficient meetings, we will spend 20 mins for dinner and and 2.5 hrs for for meeting from next meeting.

4.      We will talk about “Main PPT structure (including Taiwan Video)” in next meeting. Jessie will be the host (Jessie, could you please confirm the meeting date and time for us?).

1.      We will have a formal PPT including every aspect of Taiwan. Besides this, we will have another version which will be divided into 4 parts:

Living－Jessie

Transportation－Yuting

2.          Next meeting will be held at 7 PM,on 10/27 or 10/28 (Delphine will confirm) in Tainan City (Yuting will confirm the restaurant), it has to be confirmed before 10/25 (Monday).

Discussion topic－PPT structure of the introduction of Taiwan.

5.      Go to hospital for Physical Examination before the next official meeting.

6.      Practice English (listening/pronunciation) as possible as you can. Read more information about everything happening in the world/Taiwan to improve the ability of creating conversation topics when chatting with people.

7.      Submit the introduction (referring to the document of 9690 Rotary club) to Delphine before 20/10/2010.

8.      Mail and cc. PP Bill when we contact one another to let him know what we are doing all the time.
