3rd Team Meeting Report

Conclusions

1.      PP Allen gave us some reminders (details are as the handouts he gave us and more elaboration  are as below):

(1)   Team members should be thoughtful, considerable and cover one another After communication, members should obey Delphine’s decision.

(2)   We represent Taiwan: we should understand  Taiwan and be proud of it. Never criticize the politics or the presidents  or (something like that) you don’t like in front of foreigners.

(3)   Prepare some gifts designed with Taiwanese flag.

(4)   Search information about Rotary Club (esp. D9690 and D3470) to understand better.

2.      Delphine will go abroad in November, so she can only join our team meeting once and it will be at 4PM on 14/11/2010 in 毛鏗 Café. We have to finish PPT (4 aspects) before this meeting.

3.      In order to have efficient meetings, we will spend 20 mins for dinner and and 2.5 hrs for for meeting from next meeting.

4.      We will talk about “Main PPT structure (including Taiwan Video)” in next meeting. Jessie will be the host (Jessie, could you please confirm the meeting date and time for us?).
